VeilSwap is a non-custodial cryptocurrency exchange service that facilitates the swapping of digital assets between users. The Service acts as an interface to third-party liquidity providers and does not hold, control, or have access to your funds at any time during the swap process.

VeilSwap does not:

Store or have access to your private keys
Hold custody of your funds
Require account registration or KYC verification
Store personal information beyond what is necessary for transaction processing

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use VeilSwap. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of VeilSwap complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use VeilSwap for any unlawful purposes, including but not limited to:

Money laundering or terrorist financing
Transactions involving proceeds of illegal activities
Circumventing sanctions or export controls
Fraud or deceptive practices
Any activity that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction

5. Transaction Processing

All cryptocurrency transactions are processed on their respective blockchain networks. VeilSwap is not responsible for:

Delays caused by blockchain network congestion
Failed transactions due to insufficient gas fees
Funds sent to incorrect addresses provided by the user
Market volatility affecting exchange rates
Technical issues with third-party liquidity providers

Once a transaction is initiated on the blockchain, it cannot be reversed or cancelled. Always verify all transaction details before confirming.

6. Fees and Rates

Exchange rates displayed on VeilSwap are estimates and may fluctuate due to market conditions. The final exchange rate is determined at the time of transaction execution. VeilSwap charges a service fee which is included in the displayed exchange rate. Network fees (gas fees) are separate and paid directly to the blockchain network.

7. Privacy

VeilSwap is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not collect personal identifying information. Transaction data is processed in real-time and is not stored on our servers beyond what is necessary for transaction completion. 8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. VEILSWAP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VEILSWAP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF FEES PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC TRANSACTION GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
